Tips to Prevent/TREAT YOUR INJURY:
Avoid working on a laptop on the couch.
Sit in a hard chair with a rolled up towel in a small of your back.
Avoid slouching over a laptop and get a seperate keyboard and mouse.
Avoid high impact activities but start light activities as soon as you can such as short walks. Slow movement is good!
You may find applying heat packs soothing in the first day or two.
